After studying audio engineering and business administration, Ramón worked as a Controller at ATEGRIS GmbH, a holding company for hospital management.

At Monteurpower GmbH, an agency providing skilled labour, he has expanded the nationwide client and labour portfolio to an international scale through “glocalisation“ while eliminating travel cost and minimizing environmental footprint.

At PPI AG, a traditional FinTech, he quickly experienced, that his expertise in smart contract architecture and web3 markets provide crucial value for businesses to profit from tailored blockchain use cases.

Currently Ramón is Chief Technology & Growth Officer at Shachi AG, an SaaS company located just a few minutes from the Crypto Valley in Zug, Switzerland.

Ramón is also lead of finance, tech and law at an emerging start up music label aiming to establish new ways of monetizing music based on NFTs in favour of artists and fans.
